From Wi-Fi to 24-hour reception and a well-equipped gym, my checklist was met by the perfect hotel in San Sebastian. The impeccable service in English throughout, from the airport transfer to dining, made me feel at home.The attention to detail was outstanding, with complimentary wine, chocolates, and a gluten-free breakfast that catered to my needs. The room's breathtaking views, luxurious bed, and stunning balcony exceeded my expectations. The concierge, Rodrigo, and Edurne Mayoz were exceptional, offering local recommendations that made my stay unforgettable.This fabulous hotel, with its professional staff and thoughtful touches like free headphones and muesli bars, truly stood out.
